DWC Life is a marketing and insurance lead referral service — we are not an insurance company and do not underwrite or issue policies. By using this site, you agree to the practices described here.

Because DWC Life is a referral service, sharing your information with third parties is core to how we operate. We may share the information you submit with:

• Licensed insurance agents and carrier partners who contact you about coverage and quotes. Depending on how you're matched, this may include a single agent (exclusive lead) or multiple agents (shared/ping-post lead) — see our Terms of Service for more on how leads are distributed.
• Service providers who help us run our business, such as hosting providers, our CRM/lead-routing platform, call-tracking providers, and consent-certification vendors (TrustedForm/Jornaya).
• Analytics and advertising partners, such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Microsoft (Clarity), to measure ad and site performance and, where permitted, to serve relevant ads.
• Legal and safety purposes — if required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of DWC Life, our users, or others.
• A successor in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets.

We do not sell your information to unrelated third parties for their own independent marketing unrelated to the insurance quote you requested.

5. Cookies and tracking technologies

If you check the consent box on our quote form, you agree that DWC Life and our licensed insurance partners may contact you by phone (including autodialed or prerecorded calls and texts) and email, even if your number is listed on a Do Not Call registry. Consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any product. You can revoke this consent at any time by:

• Replying "STOP" to any text message,
• Telling any agent who calls that you'd like to be removed from their list, or
• Emailing us at [email protected].

Opting out with us does not automatically opt you out of communications from individual carrier partners you've already been connected with — you may need to contact them directly as well.

7. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under state privacy laws (such as the California Consumer Privacy Act and similar laws in other states) to:
